This is NOT a reservation but only a booking request, if apartment is availble for the period typed and there are no restriction on booking you will receive a booking confirmation by email. To validate the reservation you have to pay through the online form that you will receive by email 30% deposit within 24 hours (after 24 hours std-by time for your date will be lost) and the entire amount must be paid  61 days before arrival. For last minute reservation or less than 60 days before arrival, all amount is due.
